Riverburst Greysteel is a strength training program designed for women aged 60+, emphasizing longevity, autonomy, and resilience. Participants learn compound exercises to improve strength, bone density, and balance, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. Sessions are held at The Village at ICOI, structured as educational seminars that empower women to lift independently at home or the gym. A supportive learning environment encourages participants to bring a son or daughter to assist. Led by Dr. Adam Wang, this program builds confidence and independence through guided training.
